The Chocolate Melter is small, easy to use, and works exactly as it's supposed to. It melts chocolate and cheese very evenly and never burns. For small jobs (like the ones I do) it's the perfect size. I am very pleased with it.

I operate a Homemade Candy business and have large chocolate melters as well as various other equipment. I purchased this particular melter because I thought it would be good for dipping products for smaller jobs since the melters I use daily are quite large and hold a lot of chocolate; and larger quantities are not always necessary depending on the amount of product I am making. I like this melter so much that I ordered 2 more. Now I have one for Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate. They are always ready to go when I need to do a small job quickly. They really work well.

This is a nice compact and easy to use. My kids love it!!!
