This product is perfect for the department I was assigned to manage on an interim basis. The staff had recently increased by one-third, and were still using a 12 cup home-style coffee maker. The pot was constantly either in brew mode or empty. I purchased the commercial Bunn unit for them for Christmas, and it has been a marvelous crowd pleaser!
