7.5-quart serving tray when 3 tray inserts are removed
Use as a standalone, stove-top or oven cooking/serving pan
Remove all trays and lids and the a unit is a flat, traditional warming tray onto which your own pots or dishes can be heated for serving
Adjustable temperature control heats the unit from 135-185 degrees F
