Rice tends to stick to the bottom of the pot, even though it's supposed to be non-stick. I've tried adding more water, rinsing the water extensively, letting it sit for 10 minutes before stirring it, etc., and I still can't get it just right. I thought this product would be easier to use. However, I love the steaming feature. I use it nearly every night to steam vegetables.
