Designed for easy, confident home pressure canning. The only method recommended safe for canning meats, vegetables, poultry, and seafood. Ideal for use on regular or smooth-top ranges. Special air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build only when cover is closed properly. Deluxe pressure gauge registers the complete range of processing.

Holds 7 quart, 10 pint, or 24 half-pint jars.

I've only used it a few times, but this pressure cooker works very well! I didn't have the money to go for an All American, but I wanted at least a pressure gauge. The one on here is responsive and accurate. Something that may be an issue for some people: the rocker included with this only allows you to pressure cook at 15 psi. If you're looking to cook at 5 or 10 psi, get a different model.
