I bought this item on 10 Jan 09 and it is outstanding! As a matter of fact, it is the best one that I have ever owned! I've owned over 15 trimmers since 1990. It is very quiet, cool and cuts very close. I strongly recommend this 220V trimmer for use outside the USA.
