I have been a martial arts instructor for almost 37 years. I purchased two of these knives as gifts for two of my students. While I was at it I purchased one for myself. The knives were exactly what I was looking for. They replicate a tactical knife in all ways, weight, size, including blade thickness, and opening action. This knife allows you to train with a knife that is identical to what you would carry, as opposed to rubber and wooden "daggers", yet it is totally safe because of the rounded tip, and edgeless blade. The Ram knife is so usable, and looks so good, that mine was stolen within six days.
