Automatically peel, wash and scrub all your root vegetables at once using the Potato Peeler attachment. Preserve more of the healthy nutrients right under the skins by evenly peeling potatoes, carrots, turnips, parsnips and more.

Simply attach to your stand mixer, fill with a little water and evenly sized root vegetables, and turn on. Depending on length of time left in, potatoes and carrots are scrubbed clean or lightly peeled, retaining healthy nutrients under the surface of the skin.
