This pressure cooker was everything I expected. I have been using pressure cookers for about 50 years. I was glad to find such a nice smaller model since it is now just my husband and I to cook for. The stainless model is so much better than the aluminum one I had before. I love the speed and tenderness I get when I pressure cook.
