We tried several popcorn makers before this one and this is definitely better. It pops almost all the kernels quickly and makes enough to fill a large bowl. It also pops fluffier popcorn than some poppers.

The Presto Hot Air Popper fulfills all of its promises. It is easy to operate, needs very little clean-up, makes delicious oil-free pop corn. Fewer kernels do jump out of the spout uncooked. I open a brown paper bag and place it over the spout to catch the popped corn. I hold the bag with a dish towel or oven mitts because the corn and the spout get quite hot. The unit comes with a cup to melt butter, but the butter should be room-temperature soft before you place it in the cup or it won't be completely melted when the popping stops. All in all, I made a good buy and I am happy with the results.

I've been dieting with fat free popcorn and this is the way to do it. I bought it because it had the best ratings that I could find online. Also it's very inexpensive. It works well and it pops the corn so quickly, your head will spin! The only problem is if you don't have a high bowl to catch it all, the kernels tend to pop off in different directions.
