This wooden salad set surpassed my expectations. The mahogany wood is a superior quality wood. The large serving bowl is a very generous size to serve a crowd and just as generously sized as the individual ones. The added feature that all this comes on a very sturdy stand is fantastic. There is never enough room on a dinner table for a large salad bowl! It is attractive and exceptional quality, and the pricing is shocking for all 8 pieces. Oh yes, there are also two salad servers as well. The shipping was very quick and packaged in a surprisingly small box. Easy to put together and stores everything in the large bowl on the stand. NO need to disassemble. Makes a PERFECT shower or wedding gift!
