You can sear a roast and then slow cook it to perfection using only one pan!!! I love it! The temperature is very accurate and it looks great!

I always buy West Bend. My opinion, this is the best product on the market. I recently replaced an old West Bend slow cooker with a Crock Pot and was very disappointed. I went back to my old standby and will be happy for years.
