The non-serrated blade fit the slicer perfectly, did a very nice job of slicing a boneless pork loin.

This blade is much better than the regular serrated blade at making carpaccio etc. For really thin slices, make sure that the beef is almost frozen. I keep it (or the other blade when I'm using this one) in the plastic carton it was shipped in, as it's very sharp. I also use a stainless steel "chain mail" glove when handling and cleaning it. Well worth the price.
