Picnic at Ascot Portable Wood Picnic Table

I purchased this as a gift for my parents to travel with their RV. They are thrilled with the table; thus, I am thrilled with the table!

I bought this table after a plastic one I had just like it broke during a windstorm while camping. It is much prettier, sturdier and heavier than the plastic model, but I cannot recommend it for seating large adults. I haven't had a chance to use it for camping, but it worked great as an outdoor buffet table. It also came in handy when I needed a "kiddie" table for a family dinner. I found the wood is prone to splintering if it catches on clothing, but nothing that I couldn't fix with some wood glue. Overall - the table is just adorable & gets lots of compliments.

This table is great for what I use it for. I use it for grilling, etc. on the beach and when I go camping. In both cases, I mainly use it to do the cooking or store things on. I don't think it is strong enough to hold 4 adults, but would probably be good for Children.

This is a beautiful table and we have received many compliments and questions about where to purchase this at our town July 4th celebration as well as at a weekly concert series we attend. Our 4 kids sit on the attached seats, and we adults sit on camp chairs at the two ends. It is easy to carry and set up. It is light in weight, and although that makes it very portable, it also makes it seem a bit flimsy, like it may not last for years and years. However, we have really enjoyed it this summer, and I would buy another if this breaks. It has lasted nicely this summer with weekly use.
