I love the design and features . . . EXCEPT sometimes inserting the carafe triggers the sneak-a-cup feature, and then the coffee flows all over the kitchen cabinet as it is brewing. I have temporarily removed the feature, written the company and have been advised that a replacement brew basket is being shipped. I trust this will solve the problem!
