The item is just what the ad said, it works great and is just what I needed for my floor.

I purchased this mop because it was mentioned in the Arthritis Today magazine as being helpful for people with limited hand capabilities. The mop works fine, but you have to squeeze the trigger to release the cleaning solution real hard. I am unable to do this because of weak hands. I gave the mop to my daughter, she likes it fine.
